Business Development Manager for the EU & International markets

To strengthen the company’s presence on the European and global markets, DarbaGuru client is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager for the EU & International markets​ who would be responsible for promoting the company's IT products & solutions and boosting new business opportunities worldwide.


  • Sales of customized omnichannel IT solutions (e-commerce, mobile applications, online services, BigData) + Team as a Service (full-stack team) on the global markets;
  • Active customers’ acquisition in strategically important segments worldwide (Retail, FMCG, banking, telecom, insurance, pharmaceuticals, QSR, etc.);
  • Negotiating contracts with international customers to establish new business partnerships or expand existing relationships;
  • Establishing strong personal contacts with customers & partners to better understand their business needs and goals and develop long-lasting relationship;
  • Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends in order to identify opportunities for growth;
  • Identifying and developing any additional international revenue opportunities for business expansion to other potential regions & segments;
  • Regular meetings & negotiations with stakeholders, C-level managers, partners;
  • Preparing presentations, price offers, solution description and other necessary materials;
  • Providing expertise and the necessary support during the new business phase, launching & implementation of a new project;
  • Manage the sales pipeline & follow up the leads.


  • Higher Education in Business / Economics / IT;
  • Very good IT skills (understanding of customized software development);
  • Knowledge and application of sales methodologies;
  • At least 3 years of successful experience in Sales / Key accounting / Business development in IT industry / E-commerce (*having a database of useful contacts will be considered as an advantage);
  • Knowledge of the EU + international markets;
  • Experience in Sales of IT products & solutions to big customers (Enterprise Sales);
  • Experience in approaching the decision makers (C-level managers);.
  • Multitasking, strong managerial skills, business communication psychology;
  • Excellent English language skills, knowledge of Russian + other EU language will be considered as an advantage.
