Currently, we are looking to expand our team of professionals and invite you to join us as Business Client Project Manager.

Main resposibilities:

  • Face-to-face and online meetings with personnel and company managers;
  • Building long-term relationships with clients;
  • Preparation of offers for personnel management, headhunting, evaluation and training;
  • Participation in networking events;
  • Collaboration with DarbaGuru HR managers, recruiters, consultants, and lecturers;
  • Preparation of sales documentation (invoices, contracts, etc.);
  •  Adherence to company quality standards.

We expect:

  • At least 2 years of experience in successful B2B service sales;
  • Experience in personnel management is desirable;
  • Excellent Latvian and English language skills;
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude;
  • Ability to plan and organize work independently;
  • Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
