Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment processes including the creation and publishing of job ads, application screening, conducting interviews, and evaluation of candidates
- Identify and choose recruitment options for each vacancy such as job advertisement sites, internal and external databases, social media, educational institutions, and others
- Collaborate with the hiring manager to find the perfect match
- Cooperate with external recruitment agencies in the EU
- Be a promoter of the company in colleges and universities - with internship programs
- Conduct onboarding programs for newcomers
- Work on employer branding activities and support internal communication
- Plan and ensure fulfillment of the training activities in the company
- Participate in different HR projects

Requirements:
- Recruiting experience, ideally in an international environment and/or large company
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and options such as social media, databases, job advertisement sites, etc.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment on multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English and Latvian, Russian language knowledge would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Costumer-focused, innovative, and inclusion-oriented mindset
Worktime: 8:00-16:30 (flexible start 8:00-9:00)
