B2B Sales Representative for the Baltics market (Steel Trade)

In order to strengthen its leading position in the Baltic market, the company is looking for a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales Representative for the Baltics market, based in Latvia.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Actively acquire new clients through onsite visits, presentations, and tailored commercial proposals.
- Perform and report a defined number of client visits in accordance with sales targets.
- Analyse customer needs and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with the sales office in Poland to coordinate and execute customer orders.
- Regular business trips across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, visiting the potential and existing customers, as well as regular visits to the main office in Poland.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B Sales/Trade, preferably within the technical or industrial sector.
- Knowledge of the steel industry (steel products, construction, energy, machinery, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Native/fluent Latvian and good command of English and/or German to communicate with colleagues in Europe.
- Ability to build and maintain effective long-term client relationships.
- Strong numerical skills and ability to calculate complex pricing.
- A goal-driven, proactive mindset with a strong “can-do” attitude.
- Valid driver’s license.
