Job interview simulation

This is very important for those who have taken their first steps in looking for a job or have been to a couple of job interviews, but have been rejected. It is a great opportunity to look at yourself from a different angle and to receive a consultation from a professional personnel selection specialist – what to do, what to avoid, how to prepare for an interview, what answers to give to the interviewer’s questions, how to act during an interview and after it.

During a real-life job interview you will not have the chance to ask a question and receive a 100% honest answer from the employer to the following – what is wrong with me, why am I not suitable for the vacancy, what was my mistake, what impression did I leave? Our specialist offers a confidential and open conversation during which you can ask anything that worries you regarding the job seeking process.

You will have the chance to experience a real job interview simulation – starting with arrival, greeting, answering questions, etc. After the job interview our consultant, who is also a practicing personnel selection specialist, will analyse each action or answer a question step by step, and will suggest the best option.

Duration of the consultation: 1–1.5 h

Prior to the consultation it is advised that you send your CV and the title of vacancy or position or even a description of the vacancy you wish to apply for, or an issue you have faced during job interviews.
