I am a recruitment and HR management practitioner with more than 10 years of experience in business development, project management, and human resources. In my daily work, I help organizations attract employees and organize HR processes so that they work quickly, efficiently, and for the long term.

In recruitment, I specialize in high-volume active recruitment projects for (manufacturing and warehouse) workers, where a fast result is required — building a team in a short time, requiring a clear approach, structure, and the ability to maintain pace.

In parallel, I specialize in targeted candidate outreach (headhunting) in the fields of administration, construction, logistics, and manufacturing — engaging professionals who are not actively looking for new opportunities on the job market.

In addition to recruitment, I provide outsourced HR management support to growing organizations that need structure and a professional HR partner without a full-time HR director. I work together with management during periods of growth and change, helping introduce clarity, order, and predictability into HR management.
