Rebranding and Becoming a Full-Cycle HR Agency

2024 marked rapid growth and rebranding for DarbaGuru, as it became a full-cycle HR agency. The company team now includes 14 employees, with around 30 additional industry professionals engaged as HR managers, compensation and wellbeing consultants, experienced lecturers, growth coaches, mentors, and trainers. DarbaGuru has become a leading expert in HR management, recruitment, and training in Latvia, providing a broad and meaningful range of HR solutions for company development and growth, both locally and internationally.

High Customer Satisfaction

In a customer satisfaction survey conducted in 2022, DarbaGuru's personalized approach to each client and their projects received the highest rating. This result confirmed the company's professionalism in customer service and the importance of an individual approach.

Building Internal Teams and Launching Courses

In 2020, DarbaGuru formed a team of client project managers and recruiters, increasing its client service capacity. On the initiative of HR management expert Inese Sila, the company launched a regular and comprehensive offering of HR management courses, held twice a year – in spring and autumn.

International Certification and Innovation

2019 brought a new stage for the company. DarbaGuru became a member of the International Partnership Team of Executive Recruiters (IPTER), an international recruiter network, and obtained the Genos International Emotional Intelligence Practitioner certification, which allows the use of online emotional intelligence (EQ) assessment tools in candidate evaluation. The introduction of this innovation significantly improved the efficiency of recruitment projects.

In 2017, Inga Daliba's book "How to Recruit Successfully" was published, offering valuable advice and strategies in recruitment marketing. The book strengthened DarbaGuru's reputation as an expert company in the field of recruitment.

Team Growth

Continuing to grow, in 2016 new professionals joined the DarbaGuru team, including recruiters and a marketing specialist. This team expansion allowed the company to increase its scope of operations and serve clients more effectively.

Joining Business Networks

In 2015, DarbaGuru broadened its horizons and joined the international referral marketing organization Business Network International (BNI), as well as became a member of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LTRK). This step allowed the company to become more actively involved in the business community and strengthen its business contacts.

DarbaGuru Beginnings

DarbaGuru began in 2014 with the creation and launch of the company website. In this initial stage, the company's operations were based on the active involvement of company founder Inga Daliba and her assistant. They handled client communication and managed recruitment projects, laying the foundation for DarbaGuru's services.
