DarbaGuru guarantees the security of all personal data entrusted to it in accordance with the data protection requirements established by law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

Personal data (CVs) submitted to the DarbaGuru database is used solely for recruitment and HR consulting projects.

To become a DarbaGuru client, we require the following personal information: your e-mail address and your CV, which includes additional contact information (such as your first name, surname, address, telephone number, etc.).

Before submitting your CV for inclusion in the database of current and prospective specialists and managers, please note the following:

  • These Terms of Use must be read and accepted.
  • You may choose whether or not to receive e-mail notifications regarding the latest job vacancies and consultations on employment and career development.
  • You may include comments regarding the position, role, or type of vacancy you are seeking.
  • The submission of sensitive personal data is not permitted.
  • Each submitted CV is reviewed by an administrator within 1–3 business days. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once the CV has been added to the database.
  • DarbaGuru reserves the right not to include in its database any CV that is incomplete, incorrectly completed, or does not correspond to the company's field of activity. In such cases, the applicant will receive an e-mail informing them that the CV has not been added to the database.
  • The CV database is used exclusively by DarbaGuru recruitment consultants for recruitment and HR consulting projects. Potential candidates will be contacted by telephone or e-mail if a suitable vacancy becomes available.
  • DarbaGuru clients have the right not only to submit their CV for inclusion in the database but also to update it whenever necessary by sending a new CV marked "Updated CV".
  • CVs that have been stored in the database for more than five years are deleted from the DarbaGuru database.

DarbaGuru clients are also entitled to apply directly for vacancies published on the website by sending their application and CV to the recruitment consultant's e-mail address specified in the job advertisement.

The submission, review, and maintenance of CVs in the database, as well as receiving vacancy information by e-mail, are provided free of charge.

DarbaGuru acts as an intermediary between employers and candidates. While DarbaGuru cannot guarantee that an employer will offer employment to a candidate, it is our responsibility to inform candidates of both positive and negative recruitment decisions by e-mail or telephone.
