How HR Outsourcing Optimizes HR Processes and Drives Company Growth

We met with Marcis Lukmanis, a representative of the manufacturing company Haugaard Baltic. The need for support with HR management processes arose because the colleague who had previously performed these functions had gone on leave for a certain period. To support the company's managers on human resources matters, priority HR management functions for business development were defined, and an action plan was developed to improve HR management processes.

Marcis, please tell us about the situation in your company before you chose our services. What were your main challenges at the time, and how did this affect your company's daily operations?

Marcis: "Before we chose DarbaGuru's services, our company was in a difficult situation. Our colleague who handled HR functions had gone on leave for a certain period, and we faced major difficulties trying to fill this role ourselves. This affected our daily workflow, because HR functions are essential to successful business operations and employee satisfaction. The main challenges were related to recruitment, motivating existing employees, and maintaining work efficiency."

Marcis: "Yes, one such initiative was the introduction of regular employee satisfaction surveys. We had not previously paid much attention to this, but Ilze emphasized the importance of these surveys and helped create a system that allows us to regularly assess and improve employee satisfaction."
