I am a sales management, business development, and team performance professional with more than 20 years of practical experience in the Baltic and Nordic markets. Throughout my professional career, I have led sales teams, grown companies, built client development strategies, and helped organizations achieve measurable business results across various industries.

My professional experience covers the retail, construction, manufacturing, sports, and services sectors, working at both local and international companies. This experience allows me to view sales not just as closing deals, but as a systematic business development process based on a clear strategy, data, team involvement, and an understanding of client needs.

As an outsourced sales manager, I help companies organize their sales processes, build an effective sales management system, and develop teams capable of achieving stable and predictable results.
