A human resources management professional who has worked as an HR manager for many years, while also expanding her knowledge through a master's programme in HR management, various courses, and by teaching others about HR management best practices.

I am convinced that working with people in a company is not just about achieving higher profit figures, but about guiding people towards both personal and company development.

In addition to my master's degree in HR management, I have also obtained a professional coaching certificate, business and coaching trainer certificates, and a Genos emotional intelligence test and wellbeing practitioner certificate.
