Inga Daliba

I am the founder and head of DarbaGuru, a full-cycle HR solutions agency, and of the Personal Branding Academy, an experienced headhunter, lecturer, and personal branding consultant.

In my daily work, I work with entrepreneurs, managers, and independent professionals, helping them strengthen their personal brand, develop leadership skills, and build their careers purposefully. I believe that long-term success, in both business and professional development, is built on authenticity, clarity, and a strategic approach to one's personal brand.

In recruitment, I specialize in targeted direct candidate outreach (headhunting). I help companies find not only the most professionally suitable candidates, but also people who fit naturally into the company culture and contribute to its growth. In my work, I combine classic selection methods with modern digital tools, especially making use of LinkedIn.

In addition to practical work, I lead training sessions, seminars, and webinars on personal branding, the use of LinkedIn in business and career development, as well as on effective recruitment. I am a certified emotional intelligence (EI) practitioner, and in my work I place great emphasis on the human factor, self-awareness, and sustainable professional growth.

I am also the author of the book "How to Recruit Successfully", in which I share practical experience and recommendations for more effective recruitment.
